About the PDF Page Reorder

Use PDF Page Reorder when pages are scanned or exported in the wrong order and you need a corrected copy. Enter a complete sequence like 3, 1, 2 or a descending range like 10-1, then export the reordered PDF locally.

Common uses

  • Fix pages scanned in the wrong order.
  • Move cover pages, appendices, or signature pages into position.
  • Reverse a PDF page order with a descending range.
  • Create a reordered copy while preserving the original file.

Browser workflow
